These terms describe use of our website, land inquiry process, and optional communications program.

Website and land inquiries

This website provides information about our land-buying services and a way to inquire about a potential sale. Submitting an inquiry is not a commitment to sell, an offer to purchase, or a guarantee that we will purchase a property. Any transaction requires a separate written agreement. Proposed pricing, conditions, timing, costs, and responsibilities must be confirmed in that agreement.

Information on this site is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. You may consult your own advisers when considering a transaction. The name Invest With Evergreen does not make this website an offer of securities or a promise of investment returns.

Optional SMS program

By affirmatively selecting the separate SMS checkbox and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Invest With Evergreen LLC about your land inquiry, offers, and related land services, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an offer. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not preselected.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further marketing texts will be sent under that consent. To rejoin, provide a new affirmative opt-in. Reply HELP for program help, or contact us directly. You can also ask us to update your communication preferences using the contact details above.

Mobile service and number ownership

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the phone number you provide. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned. Messaging availability can depend on your carrier and plan. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Optional calls

Our call consent option is separate from SMS consent. Selecting it authorizes calls from Invest With Evergreen LLC about your land inquiry at the number provided. It is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an offer. You may withdraw call permission by contacting us. Submitting the form with both contact choices unchecked allows us to respond by email.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information and consent records are handled. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process information only as needed to support communications on our behalf.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and only submit property or contact details you are authorized to provide. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, malicious content, or attempts to access other users’ information.
